At SEQUIN, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your perfume, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy:

• Return Period: You have 15 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
• Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the perfume must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all labels intact.
• Refund Process: Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund in the form of store credit within 7 business days.
• Exceptions: Please note that sale items are non-refundable. If the product is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately for assistance.
